This is the one I've used for Z scale:

https://www.anyrail.com/en

It has a full Marklin Z track library section.

Ralph.

I use this:

https://www.traxeditor.com

Free, web-based interface. Mostly works but some patience required when it gets a little flaky. Once you get the hang of it it does the job.

If anyone is using a Macintosh, then Railmodeller Pro is a good option.
http://www.railmodeller.de/

It has libraries for Marklin and Rokuhan track.
Z-scale, DRG steam from Era 2. See: zscale.tumblr.com
