In the menu bar, there is a screen for how many My voltage is approx. 18.5 volts and temp is good etc. I have a new booster attached to my CS2 and it only shows a small amount of green on the booster section. I would think it would show full amps but am I wrong and it only shows drawn amps/volts. The red light is good and no error codes. My new loco ran fine last night and tonight it was a bit jerky and stalled in several spots, It worked better warmed up but not as I would have liked it to.
I will have 4 boosters in total. 4 separate isolated track groups. they are not attached to the track as yet and I am only running in the first zone that is associated with CS2 and 1 booster.
Any screen shots might help

Sounds like dirty track more than a control issue. A change in humidity could affect rail conductivity as well.
I trust only the booster is connected to the track.
