Hi friends,

Last sunday I visited the EFA automobile museum in Amerang (situated 50 km south east of Munich (Germany), close to Wasserburg/Inn). Beyond the wonderful collection of oldtimer cars (amongst them very prominent ones as e.g. Daimler's first motor car, and many old ralley and racing cars), the museum also has a large gauge-1 layout, and a very nice exibition of mrr trains of all gauges. Everything absolutely worth visiting. Here come a few pictures. Sorry for the poor quality, light conditions were difficult.

Note the very impressing gauge-1 model of the BR 53-0001 steamer displayed in a showcase.

Hi Hans Martin,

Thanks a lot for sharing these great pictures! Especially the BR 53 is very impressive, I'll have to visit this layout when I'm near there once.
