Interesting Video. I like Turbines too - I have six H0 scale Gas Turbines and one Steam Turbine. Gas Turbines. UP 50 prototype by Soho Brass UP 4500 hp Standard Turbine 29 by Athearn.* UP 4500 hp Veranda Turbine 61 by Lionel.* UP 4500 hp Veranda Turbine 65 by Athearn* UP 8500 hp 3-unit Brass by Overland. UP 8500 hp 3-unit by Scaletrains*
Steam Turbine. Pennsylvania 6-8-6 6200 by Broadway Ltd.
* = DCC and Sound fitted.

Cool stuff, I have train simulator 18 with a gas turbine running the Sherman Hill route awesome sound

Information video and nicely done, definitely nostalgic in it's presentation. Back in the fifty’s there was this fixation on nuclear power and giving us hope with the atomic age! The rest is history and we're living it today!
Cool thing is that in Canada when it comes to the railroad we're still using 1950's stainless steel passenger cars, yes they have been modernized and run they do!
