Expecting an Answer within less then 4 hours might be a bit much, especially since this is a forum related to (mostly) european model trains. Even commercial tech support isn't always that fast.

I'd suggest you describe your issue once more, so we can actually suggest you a solution.

I use CS3Plus via PC and Windows 10 through router all the time. No Problem.
Just write your question and I will help you. But . . . I am not at my computer all the time
