Question Need help with my marklin Ho steam locomotive - Motor runs and lights but will not move. I am new to Ho marklin

Hi Märklin fans ,
I am new to Ho marklin . I model for years z scale. My question is my steam locomotive motor runs and light up but will not move. Is this a traction problem? I have only 1 tire on the wheels . I am assuming I need two tires. I pick up this locomotive today at a train show. Hope someone can help. Thanks

Location: On 1965 Märklin Boulevard just around from Roco Square
do the wheels spin ? has the other wheel a groove (rubber tyre) ?

The wheels don’t move . 1 wheel has a tire the other doesn’t. They want to but they don’t . Thank you for your response.
