Hi everyone, my starter set with loco BR71 and MS2 arrived yesterday. Just after my computer video system crashed. So this is via phone excuse any mistakes eyesight needs big screen.
The diesel won't register using the find function, or rub under any dhg designation . In the construction starter kit it is listed as a EA 500 which doest exist in the DB.
My MS2 is the black version with latest software version. I have 2 of these diesels and need to use them. can anyone assist?

I would think that you could look for the 26579 in the library and see if that works What is the number of the start set that it came from?
Regards

It shows 4 diff address 70,72,60,24 corresponding to each of the four positions on infra red controller. thenlooks like it says use address 24 for function de la locomotora guess must be spanish for loco functions Blessings Shanny

Hi!
EA 500 is an electric loco, not a diesel loco.
According to the product database, 29752 comes with an mfx loco, so none of the MM addresses will work until you disable mfx in the MS2 (you should not disable mfx).
Check the loco list of the MS2 - maybe the loco already registered automatically using mfx. |

Hi Tom, yeah it is an Electric ... oops! Managed to get them working, I entered address 78 for one and 60 for the other, they go fwd, reverse and the lights working in the diection of travel. I have options F1, F2 and F3. Guess they would corresspond to the infra red speed control step by step.
thanks all. Blessings Shanny
