Does anyone know if Marklin or other manufacturer made AC HO model of EMD G12 or G16?

Thanks.

I do not believe Marklin ever made models of these locomotives.

They were either built in Canada, or elsewhere under licence, usually for use outside of North America.
Marklin had no interest for that reason, I guess.

I don't think there are models of that locomotive for AC (I briefly checked and I don't think there are even for DC).

It will sound quite lousy but I can suggest you to take a look at CSD T699 which looks similar (it has been produced by PIKO in AC both for czechoslovakian railways and china railways), I own two of them and they run very well.
Ep. III (My layout is set in 1962).
I collect mainly DSB, DB and SBB but I'm quite... Open minded.
I'm quite a big collector of NOHAB lok :)
