Hi

I have a problem with my new CS2, after working with it with the pen it brought I solved it to work with a PC mouse, so far everything works without problems. However, I inadvertently deactivated the mouse cursor and now, when I turn on CS2, the screen is locked, it is not possible to work with the mouse or the pen.
My question is whether it is possible to do a factory reset or somehow unlock CS2. Thus avoiding sending it to a Marklin dealer.

Tanks

Luis

Hi, Luis,

Have you tried using the pen on the screen? I'd expect the pen to work even when the mouse cursor is invisible.

Have you tried slowly moving the mouse around while clicking all the time? I'd expect the mouse to work even when the mouse cursor is invisible - you just don't know where you are clicking.

You can use one of the internal default backups to make a sort of a reset to factory defaults. I don't think this will make the mouse cursor visible again.
And you have to click on the screen to make this type of reset.
Regards
Tom

If you can attach a PC to the ethernet port and get a web page up, you should be able to do a factory reset from the web page.
