Marklin's take on some of the Brawa era I steam locomotives would be interesting to see.

I would like Märklin start to include with their coaches a small document with the colors and their layout used inside the coaches, so if one wants to paint them would know what colors to use.
I said a document, but doesn't need to be in paper. Online documentation was more then enough.

Really, I think this could be a large thing for Marklin in the future, but more so just improved factory detailing of the inside of coaches. As far as I understand, this is the largest area left not detailed in mainstream HO scale german trains, and with the advent of 3d printers, I think it could be achieved for a relatively low development cost.

Brilliant. If they could give more of such metadata as well as your suggestion as a standard color designation and example (palatone etc. ) that would be a differentiator. But competition isn't the big problem (I think) it's the general hobby decline, so getting more folks int the hobby is likely a primary mission. Would love to see it though.
