I have just installed a Z scale 8939 home signal operated by a 8946 manual signal controller but instead of changing from green to red it changes from green to red/green (i.e. both lamps illuminated). Track power switch is working on the 8946.
While installing I knocked the "switching plate" that has the 4 metal pins that activate the switch and track power changes and possibly I may have bent one of the 4 metal tabs the pins activate when I was reinstalling the plate, could this be the problem? Any suggestions on fixing this appreciated.
Thanks, Maurice.

Hi Maurice,

I've just answered your post asking for advice about linking signals with turnouts, but didn't see this one until later.

Have you resolved this, yet? To be honest, when I first started with Z Scale I had several of these signals, but really struggled with them. I gave up and used the 89391s instead.

If you've resolved the issues, fine. If not, I've got some 89391s for sale (see my posting here)
