Gents,

I stumbled across this link from the model railroad forum of a chap in Florida building his dream layout.

Took 10 years to plan. You would be amazed what this guy have accomplished in just 1.5 yearsThumpUp

He is working full time, but somehow finds time before work in the morning and in the evening.

If you enjoy non-messy layout you will enjoy to follow his progress (it is 2 rail layout):

couldn't get the website up and running but left "page 1" out. 304 pictures purpose build but I'm a bit curious about the layout I didn't read through the whole article but it looks like we have 2 floors running parallel above each other ? but this is to early to make a comment and one has to see the final outcome, a wonderful constructed helix and on top of this a specially build background up to the ceiling, the wood alone one could have build another layout with it. He must have serious thoughts about an after life.

P.S.

I'm wondering if Ian Houston is contemplating an extension, his grandson's are getting bigger, trains are getting longer, wall units getting fuller, BigGrin
