As I continued to explore the world of CV programming, what I got to understand is that there isnt lot of scope for creativity in Mfx world when it comes to CV parameters programming.
Is this a fair understanding?

When it comes to changing mfx CVs, the MS2 is best described as crippled. With a Central Station you will have access to hundreds of settings that can be tweaked. With an MS2 you can disable mfx and try to reach more settings of the decoder using MM or DCC. In my experience this does not work with all decoders. For decoders that support mfx and MM only, not many settings are accessible via MM anyway. With an MS2 you only see a small part of the mfx world. A CS2 screen shot: The tabs at the bottom take you to different CV areas. The function keys on the right take you to the function output and function mapping area. |

I am really thankful for this information...I have placed a pre-order for the new version of Central station. I think I should be fairly well equipped from my CV explorations by the time I recieve the Central Station. Thanks Vijay
