Hi I have a spare MM2 and I woundered if I can use it with N gauge Dcc decoders? If I can, do I just add in the decoder number as normal, or do I do something else first.

Hi!

Is "MM2" a typo for "MS2"? Yes, the MS2 can be used for N gauge. Everything as usual.

Some folks use power supplies with a lower voltage for small gauges.

I recommend smaller voltage to the N-tracks.
N scale 14 volt
H0 scale 16 volt 2 rail
H0 scale 18 volt 3 rail
