Just found on Youtube, dated 31 January 2015. Interview by Modellbahn Shop Lippe with Marklin at the Nuerenberg toyfair. Some pictures of new models, including the 78.10 for Minitrix. No mentioning of the toyfair steamer series 41. Understand from the Stummi forum that the brochure with export models is expected in two weeks time, mid February that is. Steven,
The interview between Lippe and Marklin has nothing to do with the sales policy of Lippe, these are two totally different subjects. Lippe have been interviewing people from all sorts of makers at the toyfair, and Marklin was one of them, that is all. The salesperson from Marklin could have said something about the BR41 tradefair version but he did not, that is all i tried to point out. For other interviews by Lippe at the fair see Youtube, there is plenty. |

Thanks for the video. Unfortunately I don't understand German but I'm sure it is interesting. We'll have to wait a bit more for news of the special Br41.
BTW, I see nothing wrong with Stephen reminding us of Lippe's relationship with Marklin. |

Hi! Originally Posted by: RayF I see nothing wrong with Stephen reminding us of Lippe's relationship with Marklin. Yes, nothing wrong with that. Actually there was an issue between MHI and MSL. MSL still sell Märklin items, but are no longer allowed to sell MHI items. Good journalism that MSL TV also talks about MHI items that MSL cannot sell. |
