Is there any advantage in the 07451 Track Plan Book over the track plans that come with the Extension Sets?

Thinking of getting one but am unsure as to what is in it as the local dealer has none?

Incidently I purchased all of the items in Europe with about a 30 to 40% savings over local prices in Aussie Land

Why not making your own Track Plan Book?
How?
Try to find in the web layouts by other members and/or mrr surfers and see the one that fits better in your house. The 07451 is good, but for myself, lacks of true-life layouts, a little bit prototypical. Looking what other can do has helped me in finding the layout I need.

Band on the run

Track books are ever the same, a bit boring, try by your fantasy or looking at the reality, I am sure you'll enjoy yourself. Smile

Perhaps you should make all your acquisitions overseas as it appears that cost is the only criteria considered.

I think track plan book can be a good ideaSmile

For my own layout witch i just started, i took the plan from a Märklin book, i changed it a little to fit my needs so i also had to use my fantasy when i draw these changes into a piece of paper[8)]
About 60% of the plan is from the book and 40% from my fantasy[:I]

Taurus,
I agree need some base idea from a plan then improvise.

I have lots of ideas running through my mind, but need the table to start playing and adjusting.
