I purchased some catenary on Ebay de a few years ago & there was a roll of pressed metal brass plated about 4 mm wide with punched holes every 8 mm, along with this there were some galvanised L shaped items with a small bendable lug on 1 end which fitted in the holes of the above roll & a foot which could be fixed to the base board . Obviously not "M" production & I have checked out the Hobbex website also with no luck. I am thinking this method may be easier than using a continuous length of welding rod as it is ready to use & needs no Jig to set up & produce any quantity of it. Now the big question is who makes it & do they have a web site ? Thanks for any Information in advance , Cheers Tom in Oz. First attempt of editing or uploading on here so be kind please . there is a company in England which produces copper, nickel plated wires, since I've lost my last computer I must have another look and see if I can find it again. the roll is about £ 40.00 the length I can't remember, I've decided against it because the amount of wire I needed wasn't as much as the roll but I will buy it when I extend the layout to its full length.
