I recently received the 43873 (Rheingold cars). These come with Current Conducting drawbars. I sent this up and it works fine. I happened to have two CC couplers and used this to connect two cars. Also worked fine. I prefer couplers to drawbars due to the ease of attaching and detaching. M does not sell CC couplers separately, just sets (72020 and 72021) which includes many extra parts.
(I try to buy only Marklin, a personal preference which I realize is not required - and so now I am looking to go beyond M). Are there other suppliers of just the CC couplers compatible with Marklin?
