The marklin-users.net was announced by LSM in 2010. Recently, ACME announced that they would be manufacturing models of this coach and this seems to have prompted LSM to advance the production schedule. The ACME models were released in the last few weeks. Details about the ACME models can be found on the ACME website www.acmetreni.it

ACME has released several special versions that are only available through specific distributors. One version will be available through ELO-Track (90047)
Other models (50960 61 84 NS/50961 61 14 CIWL) and the OBB version in original blue (50964 61 81 A-CWL) will be available through normal channels

LSM claims to have an exclusive agreement from Newrest/wagons-lits to distribute a model in the latest livery, so there may be some legal challenges over the Memoba/ACME model and this may drive a further wedge between LS Models and ACME, potentially jeopardizing ongoing collaborative models like some of the Traxx variants and WLAB MU models previously announced.

The coach used to come into Switzerland (Amsterdam to Brig) in it's original NS operation. I don't know if the coaches have been used by the OBB on the various night trains to Zurich. I seem to recall photos of these coaches in Bregenz, but not into Switzerland.
