Joined: 28/11/2007(UTC) Posts: 8,223 Location: Montreal, QC		Metropolitan SA or Metrop as it was known was a small Swiss company that manufactured brass models. They are no longer in business. The same company also released basic versions of some of their models under the Roxy brand. The company was based in Lausanne, Switzerland. I am aware of two shops who stock a reasonable number of Metropolitan products and have online photo galleries. Those shops are www.rittech.ch (Confignon CH) and www.messingers.ch (Luzern CH). The shop Renfer, www.morep.ch has some products derived from Roxy models and advertises a spare parts inventory of Roxy models. I used to have the Metropolitan TEE Gottardo, which was manufactured for them by 4 Assi Torino, better known as Pocher. There were a few books that had a good list of all models made by this and other small Swiss model train companies. Rittech might be a good source to locate that book too. Regards Mike C
