I noticed in an email from one of my dealers that the 39540 TEE Gottardo is finally SOLD OUT at the factory.
Does this mean that we can now expect to see a full 6 unit trainset as a New Item in the future?

I wondered why it had appeared on the Daily Specials list from Joachim Dietz over the weekend.

I guess Marklin did a warehouse clearance price. The bad press on the model cant have helped,
but it is interesting that the later Eurocity Grey Mouse version sold out long ago. Maybe the production run was smaller?

For the record, I have been happy with mine, though it would have been so much better with flexible rubber corridor connections.

The 39540 was production between 2007 and 2008, That's five years ago.

I was aware of that. My post was simply to inform the members that there are apparently NO more of this item at the warehouse and the only models still available may be those stocked at distributors or at various dealers.
