Hi all, On ebay Germany I've managed to get my hands on another classic Faller kit; B-4907, the famous BP grandstand. This sweet kit arrived today. I've been looking for this kit for quit some time, because I would like to have the 49XX series complete. The B-4907 kit was in the Faller program from 1963 to 1973. In catalog 1977/78 the BP Grandstand returned as a new item to disappear again in 1984. It is quite strange that Faller introduced the kit as a new item in 1977, because it was just before already 10 years in the program. Naming it a new item must have been some weird mistake. In 2006 B-4907 made her second comeback, but now in changed colors and item number '141071' for the Faller Go-Kart slotcars that were in the Faller Kermis/Carnival program. The B-4907 kit has many fantastic details. I saw some slot car grandstands from other manufacturers, but B-4907 outclassed them all !! Marco |

Matt Era 3 DB lokos, coaches and freight cars from across Europe But I do have the obligatory (six) SBB Krocs ECoS 50200, all FX and MFX decoders replaced with ESU V4s, operated in DCC-RailCom+ with ABC brake control. With the exception of the passenger wagens with Marklin current conducting couplers, all close couplers have been replaced with Roco 40397. |

Hi Mats,
Yes, I saw yours too on ebay. In fact, I almost joined the auction but well, I have a thing with unbuilt kits. Maybe I should see my doctor for that.
Is the kit as well build as was described on ebay ?? It is great that more than 30 Preiser racing enthusiast were included.

Marco Yes, the kit was as good as it was described. It was also very well packed and the shipping cost was low. I can really recommend the seller! I also have an unbuild kit(don´t tell my wife about it) and my intention were to build that kit. Now I have become a kit collector instead. Quote:Aha , you bought that one!
