Last year I bought both LS Models RIC coach sets 47214 and 47231. I immediately noticed that on all four coaches, the rain gutter was missing above the doors on one side of the coaches. I also noted that the white band and grey paint on the roof did not wrap around the ends of the coaches. I contacted the dealer and LSM. LSM told me that they would replace the defective parts through the dealer. I was very pleased to see four very nicely packed shells were waiting for me with my most recent order. Thanks to Orhan at LSM and Mr Lalicata at Eurolokshop for their service. The four coaches are now running with the corrected shells and I am a very contented model railroader this Christmas Eve.
