Need Help Locating a Roco AC Loco: 68638 AE 8/14

Hi everyone,

I wanted to enlist a little help if possible in locating a few items; preferably at a good price from the same dealer, but I can order from a few different ones if need be. BigGrin

For finance reasons I was not able to buy a few Roco items I really wanted that came out earlier this year and last. Things are starting to look a bit better, and I'd like to try and order them. Only problem is all my usual sources are sold out, and when I do find a loco here and there they seem to be at full bore retail price (or even more at dealers in Switzerland!)

Does anyone know a place with the following at a fair price? (in Europe or US) Lippe had them all and cheap, but I missed the boat while accumulating funds Cursing

68638 Roco AC SBB AE 8/14
68639 Roco AC SBB BLS AE 4/4
68380 or 68384 Roco AC FS E 432 Trifase

Hi again,

I realize not much in the way of replies here, but I did get my hands on the Italian E 432 Trifase Elok, and the BLS "Brownie" as well! Both are real gems BigGrin

I'll try and get some images online this coming weekend.

Still looking for the AE 8/14 in AC at a fair price if anyone has a lead!

Thanks Mike- I'll try Eurorail to see if it is in stock. Unfortunately I pre-ordered the Ae 8/14 from Eurolokshop and it never came. By the time I realized it wasn't going to show most other dealers had sold out...

Still looking for a 68638- Can anyone help? Ive tried all my US sources and most have said they never even got on in, and Reynaulds/Roman doesn't have any

ETS shows it as in stock but they didn't have it when I inquired, Lippe and Lokshop are out, CFB in Italy didn't import the AC one, and the Swiss retailers are significantly more expensive. (my plan B at this point) No german ebay options either.

Anyone have a lead? I'm not sure why this was so hard to find/ over retail price!

This model seems to be in stock at Swiss dealers, who likely ordered greater quantities than dealers in other countries.
