I wonder if Marklin has any idea that sooooo many people are completely unhappy with this new club product? It would seem that everything I've read from people all over the globe from Germany to the Far East says people aren't happy with it.
Surely this has to be getting some ones attention over there?

I received my renewal (with my correct member number)in late March about a week after my 01/05 MM & Insider. My dealer told me the renewal was supposed to come with the Insider packet. In February I looked on-line and could not find any information about renewal on the US site or Germany. I was annoyed that after waiting over month past the February due date for a form, just to have it state I could renew on-line. Two weeks after I renewed, I go another notice for renewal but with a different member number. OK I already renewed under my origianl member number. What is up with this new number?
Has my old number been assigned to someone else? Did I renew for him? I have not heard anything from Marklin as to a conformation email or letter.
Very unprofessional.

I only recieved one renewal notice and it had a different membership number on it than my number from last year. I would speculate that because M* has changed the way the Insider Club functions, that is why our numbers have changed. I don't think your number has been reassigned. I still haven't heard back from them on the e-mail I sent.

I am still waiting for my second renewal notice before I hand over any money... This whole business makes me very nervous!
