Hello Marklin friends.

Does anybody know if Ritter ( GERMANY ) are still trading as i have sent a Marklin parts order two weeks ago and have had no replies or communication from them. I registered as a new customer on their website and placed an order .

In my one dealing with Ritter a few years ago, I had the following experience.
Your request is placed in a queue. When he gets to your request, then he answers with a quote. This may take weeks or months depending on how busy he is.

Hi Neil,

I have seen Mr. Ritter this morning at the toy-market in Böblingen. Yes, he is still in business. I suggest to give him a call on Monday.

Regards

Markus
