Over the years I always wanted a track control board to compliment the current infrastructure of operating a layout. Sure one can use a computer or a tablet with touch screen to accomplish the same task, but there are times that I simply want to just flick the power button and use the older controllers to operate the layout without having to wait for programs to load before getting a chance to play.

After some research, I have come to the conclusion that the track control system from Uhlenbrock appears to be the most versitile one out there in the ready made piece together style (I have no desire to create one from scratch). There is also a program to help design and figure out what is required to create the track control board, as noted in other threads in this forum.

The program is currently in German text only but I have found a way to change that text to English. This will take some time and will only be available for the current version 1.2.0.4, if a newer version is released then it will only be in German until the changes are translated. The translating is in the early stages and hope to have it completed by November, other projects have priority over this one.

Where I could use some help is in the translating of the document TC_Edit.pdf to English. I simply do not have the time for this part even though it is just 57 pages. Would someone like to take on this part of the project to help make the TC-Edit program easy to use for those who do not have the knowledge in reading and understanding the German lanugage.
