Yeah, they have four Bierwagen and five Kühlwagen (reefers) advertising sweets or sweet drinks in the My World catalogue.
The C track is marked "adults only", but the Bierwagen are only unsuitable for children under 3 (according to the catalogue).

They'd better offer a Bugs Bunny carrot freight car to show 'em kids some healthy food.

But OTOH there is advertising everywhere and kids must learn to resist these temptations.

Tom

There are strict regulations with respect to tobacco advertising in overregulated Europe.

But maybe they can make reefers with brandy for the next My World catalogue (not those Glaskesselwagen that can break).
Coffee? Coke?
Some more car advertising, not just Opel (GM).

Tom

Remember that beginners loco with the lady in the bikini design? It was advertising beer too! That sure was odd...

Same down here.. But I subscribe to Popular Mechanics direct from USA and the advertisements are intact.. The issues sold through newsagents in Australia are censored.. Nuts...

I was just going to mention the 'lust' bit but guess who beat me to it !!!

Maybe Marklin should look at Hornby and their idea for kids .. Thomas and his pals.

dave
Take care I like Marklin and will defend the worlds greatest model rail manufacturer.

Kids can get a beer car to remind their parents not to use the stuff as extensively as usual, maybe?

Does however look like a car to lure the kids into beer drinking when getting into adolescence and "interest" in girls - Give the girls a beer and they will get "Lust"... LOL
