Good Day.

I'm an new new new user to model trains and need all the help i can get.

I'm trying to use flexi track but do not know what angle my turns must be.

I'm also going to use HO scale.
Just got my first train set so need to do everything from scratch.
Is there any sites I can use for proper help?

Thank you

Rudi,

Welcome to the forum.

With some patience you'll get there.

You've chosen the right forum and any help needed needs more information.

I'll help you along and ask some of question needed for us to be as comprehensive in our answers as possible.

a.) I've noticed you've got your first train set. (congratulation)

b.) Happy New Year

c.) Ho scale. digital or analog ? 2 or 3 rail.

d.) an age indication would also be helpful how much money you are going to prepared to outlay and are your funds coming in as a steady income.

There are several website:

http://www.maerklin.de/de/index.html

http://www.roco.cc/index.php?id=614&L=0

http://www.brawa.de/

http://www.brawa.de/

these are a few manufacturers and orders usually go through your local dealer, ebay or german dealers, these are to some extend cheaper than the rest.

I think this will give you enough to think about it and let us us know what your intentions are.

John

Welcome Rudi

Don't worry as all your questions will be accurately answered on this forum. It's a fantastic hobby to get into and it will grow into an all consuming passion.
It may seem a bit complicating at the moment, but with help on here you will soon learn.No-one will ask more basic questions than me, as everything seems to get complicated.

Good luck, from a wet and freezing western France
