It should be in the middle of a 5 unit train Charles, in the order shown on the box front I believe.

Since the trainset is equipped with pilot cabs at both ends and travelled daily between terminal stations Zuerich and Milano and Milano and Paris (Lyon), each pilot coach spent time at the front of the trainset, as the trainset merely reversed direction at each terminus. However, in terms of labelling one pilot coach as the front and the other as the rear, if you look closely at the sides of each coach, you will see that each coach has a number, starting with 1051/1 all the way to 1051/5. Additionally, the destination signs also list the car number. Starting with 1051/1 (Car 1), then 1051/2 (Car 2), then 1051/3 (Restaurant), 1051/4 (Motor Unit) and finally 1051/5 (Car 5). In 1967, the pilot coach 1051/5 was relabelled 1051/6 and a new coach, reverse configuration of 1051/2 was added as 1051/5, making the train a 6 coach unit. You can find a few photos from around 1965 here: http://www.polier.ch/pag...mal/SBB/70/SBB.70-01.htmFor the 37546 RABe EC, the same applies, but the numbers are 1054/1 through 1054/6. Regards Mike C

Hi there, I am making the upgrade to the 39540 with a loksound decoder and the Gottard sound project. I already know what to do, but I would like to know if someone has been able to split the front lights from the interior lights and use them in an independent way. Any help will be appreciated, Rergards Eduardo

Hello Eduardo,
to split the light you should add 2 pins on each coupling to make separate light power line
