Hi.
I have just opened my first box with a Viessmann 5291 decoder inside, and are all ready to solder it together. I find a plastic box, a bag of components and a PCB and some papers. The latter being the operating instructions for the 5211 and the 5217. But nothing to tell me where and how the components should be mounted on the pcb.

The shop where I got it is closed now, and remains closed until wednesday. So please, if you have the schematics of it, or just a component list, could I get it? I really want to build it soon, so I can get on with my track testings.

Mikael: I should have a copy the construction instructions at home. I have built several of these. I will try to find them tonight and scan them in for you.

That sounds great. I almost can't wait. I have just unpacked my old trains and everything (was put away in the mid 80's), and have started to convert everything to digital.
