John, the Jaycar relays work just as well in the brake module, but you seem to think the Jaycar price is too expensive. At $6.50 AUD, that is half of the Kiwi price for the same thing.

According to Fujitsu, Takamisawa was merged with Fujitsu relays in 1996 - http://www.fujitsu.com/e...vices/components/relays/

Have a look through their pdf catalog, or through the latching relay link, you may find an equivalent.

Hi John,

It appears the electronics industry is making a comeback, or "just in time" manufacturing is keeping supplies short. Same problem finding Zener Diodes at a reasonable price.

Thomas

I think I have about 60-70 of Martin T:s relays, and they are indeed good value for the money.

I hope he still has some in stock...

Hi Folks! BigGrin

Sorry for being late with my reply!
Yes, I do have a few left.. About 150pcs, then I'm out of stock and I don't know if it's worth while bringing home another 1000pcs from the factory in Taiwan...

I'll respond to your E-mail John and also send you the specification.

Martin, bistable relays have a natural place on layouts and you have a reliable customer base here in the forum... I think a 1000 more would not be hard to sell, as you are the #1 source for Märklin model railroaders in the forum... The word is spreading... Wink

Hi again! BigGrin

Ohh! Thank you for the input Juhan! Blushing Nice to hear. I'll take it under consideration.

Ok, Takamisawa AL-D12W-K is not compatible with my Bi-stable relay RELA L2.
BUT! No worries.. I actually have a good equivalent for the Takamisawa AL-D12W-K too. Laugh

Just let me know if anyone else here are interested in this type of relays, miniature 2-pole switching bistable relays. I have like 100pcs here on my shelf and can get more if needed. Price is 14,50SEK/ea (which equals to 1,45 EURO, or 1,90 USD) based on the currency rates before the last row of finalcial crisis went over Europe LOL

I'll send you these specs instead.

Regards / Martin T
