AFAIK: From any MHI dealer in Germany or any official Märklin dealer outside Germany.

Well I Never
I have mentioned before this problem or ex-problem before on another post, but today i had a parcel from a French Marklin dealer i had no previous dealings with, which baffaled greatly.
Well i have been an insider member for 3 whole years and in that time i have'nt recieved nothing at all except the magazine. No club cars of the years, no catologues, no everything else, so you can imagine my supprise on recieving this package, when on opening it contained all the missing catologues from the missing years and fantastically all the missing club cars of the years, how brilliant is that.
Has Marklin finally got its service together, i really hope so.
Kevin

I agree with ya kevin. Got mine today and was posted in November. Usulayy gets here in 5 mths + when the models are no longer for sale
so maybe they got a faster carrier pigeon
I have a few quieries I hope some members can help with:
A) Marklin magazine has the Marklin Beer Wagons 45251. Are these fitted relex couplers and can you order through marklin online or better through lokshop? Also the marklin online site I cannot register for some reason
.Anyone else have issues here?
B) Also those Markin magaizne holders will be great for storage so through the magzine site direct or through marklin shop when the site works properly?
Thanks in advance

Today i applied for Insider membership. Only one reason, i want to order the 2011 insider model. Now i will personally experience what the insider club is like and whether the application is a success story. Will keep you informed.
Regards
Yesterday Marklin eventually debited my credit card for the membership fee. A month and five days for them to process my application! Not much value in the "two weeks" statement on their web site during the application. Will see how long it takes before anything arrives in my mail box.

Hi Dale,
Regards the beer wagons, they have the newer NEM type kurzkuppling, which is compatible with Relex, although you can change them over to a Relex type by inserting the part #72060 coupler in the NEM socket.
If you order through the Märklin Shop, they charge full retail price and do not deduct the European equivalent of our GST, called VAT. Although I have never dealt with Lokshop, I believe they will be cheaper, and they deduct the VAT. You could try local dealers such as Nathans Trains or Hobbyco who might happen to have it in stock.
I don't know the answer to your second question, but I think there is an order form for the holders on the same page, which you can post to Märklin direct.
regards
Kimball
