(Excuse me if the thread is opened already. In such case I suggest that the webmaster delete or definitely close this topic)

It is a Lighting bar with LED + inserted decoder (including 2 outputs), from Digirail (Holland) & from Kuehn .

He explains that it is possible to program different kinds of lighting for each coach.
On the pictures, it is a "Wegman" class model on which a neon lighting has been programmed...(very white)
