Hi Cem,

Description says "...built new in 1976 and is commonly used for speed and braking measurements" and "can be run at speed of up to 200 kph".

I would imagine that this train won't be part of a regular consist.
So prob most era IV and V e-loks or diesel loks would do?
If it is used to measure speed of up to 200 kph, I guess the BR101, BR103, and BR182 would even fit.

I think this looks like a fun train to run..
Now collecting C-Sine models.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the suggestions. Class 101 looks to be the strongest candidate.

I also will add cars from this set with other consists; I guess this is the way they are being used from time to time.

Thanks for your help.

I guess one of the most suitable engines would be a BR 752 or in other words a renumbered BR 120.0.

According to German Wikipedia ex 120 004 and 005 belong to DB Systemtechnik and are renumbered 752 004 and 005 respectively.
Another source of information on BR 120 (and other engines) for those reading German is: http://www.elektrolok.de/Baureihen/baureihen.htm#d

If I've understood it right, the closest Märklin model would be either 37537 (or 37538). However, I don't know if the 004 ever ran in TEE livery as 752 004. Perhaps somebody can fill this in.

Personally I'd probably use any BR 120 if I had a model of the measurement coach.
