Hi,

As a BR01 freakie, I've purchased one of these loks, "for parts".

This one is supposed to work in Märklin 3-rail layouts.

I know almost nothing about it, only that it needs some attention (don't know if I'll manage to get it run).

I'd like to know if there is any source for exploded diagrams or spare parts list for these locos. I'd like to know if the motor is in the loco or in the tender, if any of you had one of these.

Thanks.

I have many fleischmann models but 01 should be a very old model because actual catalogue dosen`t have 01s.

Take a look at the wwww.fleischmann.de website, in this link

http://www.fleischmann-m...odukte/produktsuche.html

Just enter the number of you locomotive and get the schmeatics (nevertheless some old models are not in the database).

Anyhow I bet it have the motor in the tender, it is a brand trademark.

Hi Gustavo,

Many thanks for your reply. According to my informations, this model was made between 1971-1976, so it's quite old. There's no information about it in Fleischmann website. I wondered if there could be any "unofficial" website that still kept some information on these oldies.

Thanks & regards.

In the left column of this web page is a link to Fleischmann HO service sheets. Good luck...

Thanks! The closest model number with information available is 4169, but I think that it will do. I'm curious to see how Fleischmann dealt with AC in the seventies.

Regards.

I like M-track and my things that run on it were built between 1959 and 1972.
