Hi

Today I run my small collection with the "old" mobile station.

Is it posible for me to go out and buy a new Mobile Station and hook it up to my track, detect the Locos and start to run as before, or do I need another connector track or something?
Märklin, 3R, Digital (system), C-Track, favourit loco: Baureihe 103 137-6
My homepage: http://home.aland.net/mi...da/MR/modelrailroad.html
I will buy Märklin 4644 BP tankerwagons that have the original box and are in good condition. (No broken details)

You are asking about a product that hasn't GAed yet, so all we have is the marketing brochures.

According to them ....
- the new Mobile Station (MS2 , 60653) is only initially available as part of a starter set
- Yes it is expected to be able to "detect" those Locos that are detectable (mFX)
- The connection to the track will not use the 24088 (ugly box). Documentation refers to a seperate box (none pictured) that will connect between the MS2 and the track. The Track connection is expected to be the usual Brown/Red wires.

Does anyone have a link to the marketing brochure? I would like to see whatever information there is out there.

Thanks
Darren

New MS was discussed in this thread: https://www.marklin-user...ult.aspx?g=posts&t=11801

A link to a brochure is in that thread, but for completeness I'll repeat it here: http://www.kali-lok.de/s.../media/Mobile%202009.pdf
