Hi,

unless your CS2 is connected to the internet you can find the neccessary files here:

http://www.maerklin.de/de/produ...ds/software_updates.html

You will need the 2 last files ("cs2update.md5" & "cs2update.tgz") in the list below "Aktuelle downloads".

Have you just bought CS2...?
I thought Marklin did already update theirs CS2 with the latest version,before selling it to hobbystore or customer?

I am trying to upgrade via USB stick to the newest software from 1.0.5 and I am having no luck.

I have tried to unzip and not to unzip the update files from the German website and I still get no luck. I am running a Mac if that's an issue (I don't know why it would be). I had to "Save As" for the .md5 file but the other file opened up fine as a .tar and gave me several folders inside the CS2update folder.

Any ideas?

Well, quick update, I gave up on the USB update and did the ethernet one which worked... oddly however it seemed to ask me if I wanted to update to version 1.5 yet it seems to have updated me to 1.2.5... is this the latest? or is 1,5?

As far as I know version 1.2.5 is the latest software version...
