Hi all,

just wanted to say a big public "Thank you" to Jacques Vuye. Yesterday I arrived home and found a small letter with some contact plates I needed to convert some Hamo locs to 3-rail.

Jacques offered them to me and didn't even accept me to pay the shipping costs. These kind of things show how great some (or many, or most!) of its members are, and how great they make this meeting place. I just wanted to tell.

THANK YOU, Jacques. People like you makes the world a friendly place.
check out http://maerklin-back-on-track.blogspot.com if you like to see how old Märklin locos are brought back into life! (in spanish by the moment)

Good news Brakepad and Jacques.
I had a similar experience with two members of this forum, who both sent me some little point levers, all the way to Australia.
I should publicly acknowledge them here too.
They were Benny (forum name caplin) and Panayotis (forum name foumaro).
regards
Kimball
