Lots of uncertainty these days.

Yes, tariffs are scrambling our hobby here in the US, there is no doubt about that.

I usually buy my Marklin models from AJCKids or ERH. ERH has never listed this model and although AJCKids lists it, it is shown as sold out with no price. Maybe the uncertainty in our market has caused Marklin to limit the number they have allocated to North American dealers. I am looking at it as an opportunity to reduce how much money I spend on my trains, since I already have a crazy number of them. BigGrin

I have almost all Märklin and mostly HO, although I do have a small number of Z gauge trains!
So many trains and so little time.

I received a notification from Lippe before the New Year that fuel wagon 47549 had arrived "rerun" with a different number: 33 74 792 9 256-3.

It's been pretty quiet from Swedish stores, so it's possibly a special edition for Lippe or Mellow

No

Märklin says:
"We would like to inform you today that we have changed the serial number for the new production batch for item 47549. All orders received from now on will be delivered with the new serial number 33 74 792 9 256-3 S-ERMW."

Simply.. Märklin changed the road number for all kesselwagen... same marklin number two different road number

Great, let’s hope all printed numbers are updated, even on the tanks ThumpUp

It’s odd to sell them separately when in Sweden they’re only used together in fuel trains.
