My old IB 65000 makes locs move in slow, tiny jerky steps at power on, regardless of decoder code entered. In fact decoder code does not control loc.
I reset and tweaked settings. Fact that loc moves on startup without decoder id makes me think it is internal electronics.
Should I replace some parts? Is this the end of my IB?
