Feel like I should point out again that the name came from a label on a dual-voltage sewing machine...
There are some great conspiracy theories about this band. :D
Alas, growing up in the UK I came to IH0 from OO; meaning Hornby and Tri-ang. So sadly, I can't relate to having AC and DC at the same time. The closest I get is DC(C) - and anything I plan to keep running is going to get a decoder. The Roco gronks, the Lima 33's and 4F's, the 141 I'm making - and of course Ivor, Scottie and the "Class 66" all have factory DCC+Sound.
There's gotta be a band called DC/DC to be my kindred spirits, right? I could start DC/DCC but I can't stand the feel of Gibson necks, or the sound of an SG; and I'd rather make models than play in a cover band!

… owned by their sister Margaret who suggested they use the band name AC/DC…

A neighbor called me Monday evening and offered me two boxes of vynil records from her aunt's house which was just sold succeeding her death. An AC DC Back in black album is one of those. The jacket is a little rough but the record is in excellent condition. Also an Aerosmith get your wings.

What it needs, is some labels on it so we know what band this train set is for... cause I cannot figure that out at all. ;-)
Toys of tin and wood rule!
