It used to have traffic lights too, but not anymore. Not a major concern given it is well documented and it is a controlled airfield.

Air traffic controllers working in control towers have always dealt with a variety of vehicles on or near runways. Tractors, fire trucks, cars, trains being large should be much easier to spot.
