Hello I try to find electric schema (or exploded views with parts ids) for my railroad components. Sometimes, I use the .de site, sometimes the .fr one. But it is difficult because (I guess) the parts numbers has been revamped.... and I'm not so fluent in German (even if I work for Siemens ) Are there other sites from which I can gather technical data ? Thx Phil

Hello Phil, Welcome to the forum. In your introduction post you told us you have a 3066 SNCB diesel loco and a 3055 NS1200 I included some PDF exploded view papers of these loco's. Not sure if this was what you were looking for. Marco |

For many models post-2005, the instructions and parts diagrams can be found. For older models, it can be more difficult. Search on Google for the model number and Anleitung or Ersatzteil(liste) and you may find one or the other.

Märklin has published exploded drawings/part diagrams on many old locomotives eg 3055, 3066, 3000, 3085, 3062, 3047, 3090(aka KLVM/3087) etc. try a search on: https://www.maerklin.de/en/service/instructions-spare-parts/technical-documentsgenerally, exploded drawings, when available, are on the main model number, but sometimes not on a later variation of the model, if the changes are minor. so try the numbers for several variations of the model. eg you won't find an exploded drawing for 37112 but you will find one on 37113 etc, but some parts/drawings may not be accurate. manuals are generally only available on later models. Some manuals etc and useful links are also posted on this forum : https://www.marklin-users.net/forum/posts/t47372-Commonly-asked-questions---requested-documents

Some newer model parts lists are inconclusive. I.E., they don't list the pcb numbers, only the decoders.

About ten years ago, Maerklin published a downloadable database for just about everything in HO, Z and 1 as a three volume PDF. Unfortunately, it’s no longer on their website. While I’ve found it helpful, I’ve discovered that part numbers have changed over the years, so you will need to do some extra work investigating just what you need.

I read somewhere that they add a new digit at the beginning of old parts numbers, somethink like 3030 -> 73030 There is a convention for the added number... one special digit for locomotive, another one for traffic lighs & related... etc But cannot retriev my note Phil Originally Posted by: Eurobahnfan About ten years ago, Maerklin published a downloadable database for just about everything in HO, Z and 1 as a three volume PDF.
