Has anyone had experience with these Yamorc YD8116 decoders to program them? I've watched a couple of videos on YouTube however I can't get them to work. They say they are simple to use, but I'm just a Drongo, so what hope have I got to make them work. Can anyone help me ?

Hi Greg, First your title is incorrect YD9116 --> YD8116 You need to provide more information how you are trying to program the switching decoder. Are you using the YD9100 USB configuration module? Are you using simple LED signals or more complex signals and brand? I don't have this equipment but the instructions seem to be clear. Regards Greg Hi Ross, I'm using YD9100 to configure the unit, and I'm only trying to switch 12vDC Led's on and off. Regards Greg |

Hi Greg, You haven't explained what problems you are having. Have you wired the LEDs with the anodes together and each cathode via a resistor to each output see test LEDs at 14:09 of the video? Originally Posted by: Drongo
