Hi, I am building my first digital layout :) with CS3 and marklin decoders

I would like this two turnouts to work together outer loop or outer-inner (green or red), I try using the same address for them but then one go to outer-loop and the other to outer-inner ?
how can I do this?
Confused

You need to set the motion you want with the edit article selected boxes red/green according to the diagram position in the box. Unless you want to have them act in sequence? That requires an event, and contact triggers and an S-88. If you have an S-88 already, unless you program a delay, theywill trigger together within the event.

Hello Pabbi
You have a few possibilities:
- to use a normal decoder (60832, not an embedded one) and to connect one turnout deviate wire (RED) with the straight one (GREEN) of the other turnout and vice versa.
- to fit each turnout with a decoder (embedded or nor) and to use ROUTES (e.g.: with a CS3 or CS2)

NOTE: fitting each turnout with an embedded decoder and assign the same address will control BOTH turnout but BOTH will be in deviate position or straigt position, which is NOT what you want I think.

NOTE: you cannot connect more than 2 turnout motors in parallel.
Cheers
Jean

The switches are spring loaded so even though the further switch is set to send trains going clockwise to the closer track it will still allow trains traveling counterclockwise to go through the switch.
