I have bought a small steam loc for my Dutch era I-III collection.

However, I would like to change its colour and write text on it like "NS" and "7808" or so, see picture.
I have been searching for options but can't find a good solution.
Printing transfers in White is very costly so it will need to be written perhaps?

If there are any ideas or advice for this than that would be grand :-)

You could use white decal paper and print the background in colour, then just cut out the white part of the decal and apply to your loco.

Personally, I don't think pure white looks good on small models and so I print a very light grey on transparent decal paper.

Excellent Carim, thank you for this info.
I will purchase some of that and have a go. Hopefully I can post some pictures later of me covered in paint and decals...Laugh or better still, the engine.
