Refer part 35 on the attached diagram.
Thanks
Phil

You may find them easiest by buying a non running model off of Ebay.

The part number for #35 should be listed on the next page of the instructions
If it is not in stock at Maerklin, you can try to see whether it is available at Ritter-Restaurationen or perhaps Eckert in the USA.

I found this part number E269 976 for the newer 37865. There may be differences with the older version as well as potential color variance.
Part E163 327 from 37682 might be more suitable.

Have you checked with service(at)maerklin.de?

Regards

Hello Philip,

Your part number 308370 (#35 on the exploded parts diagram for loco 3367)
is very likely available from :

MODELTRENO TRAIN SERVICE - MÄRKLIN
Flavio Dagostin
Via Leonetto Cipriani 17
40131 Bologna, BO
Italy
commerciale@modeltreno.com
http://www.modeltreno.com/2020/

He has an enormous stock of Märklin spare parts and is unable to list all the data on eBay for searches, but if you email him you will probably find he has the part.
I have found him to be a good service, reasonable costs and cheap postage to the antipodes.

Previously another great spare parts service was Amundsen Hobbies in Oslo, but as you may have seen on this forum he closed very recently. Interestingly his website still shows your part stocked by him.

An internet search also shows the part to be available from Hobby-Eberhardt GmbH (Info@Hobby-Eberhardt.de). I have recently dealt with them to obtain an uncommon part and found them helpful and communicative, with very reasonable post charges to Australia.

Regards,

PJ

Sadly, Eckert Engineering is/has been going out of business; their eBay site has been selling off everything in bulk lots for a few months now. No explanation as to why that I've been able to find; a real bummer imo; I found a lot of spare and well-rebuilt parts there over the years. As of today, they have 26 Marklin items left.

Thanks Mike
I have located part E163327 at Maerklin.de.
However the freight cost of these 2 small pieces of plastic is prohibitive.
I shall look elsewhere.
