Hi Jasbir,
I found a LogiTech wireless mouse works fine. Just be sure to use the correct USB port for the receiver. As for a stylus, I found a simple rubber tip one at my local office supply store where I purchased the mouse.

Mouse is the best way to go. Logitech is fine and works well and saves marking the screen.
Take care I like Marklin and will defend the worlds greatest model rail manufacturer.

I forgot to mention that stylus (or pens) for capacitive screens can be found anywhere.
Example this one on ebay.com

No there isn't. Marklin's expectation is that you will use a mouse.
