I have a Marklin Unimat which I purchased couple of months back and just placed it on tracks couple of days back The set of wheel in the middle the (one without pick up shoues) derails even at at any curve at the beginning or on a turnout on either direction. It is a simple set of hweels as you know and they all look fine without any damage. Any ideas or pearls of wisdom from the group - Kal

Hi Kal
It is customary (no obligation but curtesy) to present yourself and what your project is, where you are from. Just to ease further discussions.
Anyways, a warm welcome to our forum.
Here is what I understand your problem is (in red) on a Gleisstopfmaschine Unimat 39935 from Märklin.

I would suggest you verify
- the bogie has enough sideplay to accomodate curves
- it has not inadvertently rotated 180° (half a turn)
- nothing prevents it of being gently pressed against the rail (some vertical play is needed

I hope this helps
Jean

Tried all the suggestion but to no avail. Likely send it back to Marklin for any structuraa/manufacturing problems whcih I have never encountered in 35 years of Marklin collection
